This Deck Rigging Tie-Down Kit allows you to place a bungee tie down system on your board so that you can paddle with your gear of choice safely on board. This kit includes 9 feet of bungee strapping and 4 stick on EZ Plugs. The 4 EZ Plugs easily stick to any clean and flat fiberglass surface with heavy duty adhesive. No tools or drilling required!
